Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Talent Acquisition Call

If your application is initially successful, you'll be invited to a call with our internal Talent team.

This stage is all about introductions.  This is our first chance to get to know a little more about you, your background, your current situation, and what it is you're looking for in your next role.

Similarly, this will be your first chance to ask some of those initial questions and to build an understanding of whether CMap, and this opportunity, could be the right fit for you.
Stage 2

Hiring Manager Interview

This stage takes the conversation a little deeper. You’ll meet with the Hiring Manager to talk through your relevant skills and experience in more detail, as well as how they might apply to the role.

It’s also a chance for you to learn more about the team you’d be joining, the day-to-day of the role, and what success looks like at CMap.
Stage 3

Team Interview & Presentation

For this stage, we’ll usually provide you with a brief in advance, giving you time to prepare some work to present to the team. During the session, you’ll walk us through your approach, and we’ll ask questions to understand your thinking and explore some of your wider skills and experience in more depth.

Just as importantly, this is your opportunity to meet the team, ask your own questions, and get a real sense of the dynamics and culture you’d be joining.
Stage 4

Offer Stage

At this stage, you’ll have a conversation with the Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition to discuss the offer and next steps. Following this, you’ll receive a formal offer letter with all of the details in writing, including compensation, benefits, and any other relevant information. 

This is your opportunity to review everything and ask any final questions before joining the team.
