- Stage 2
Talent Acquisition Call
If your application is initially successful, you'll be invited to an initial call with our internal Talent team.
This stage is all about introductions. This is our first chance to get to know a little more about you, your background, your current situation, and what it is you're looking for in your next role.
Similarly, this will be your first chance to ask some of those initial questions and to build an understanding of whether CMap, and this opportunity, could be the right fit for you.

- Stage 3
Technical Task
Here you’ll be asked to complete a short task that reflects the kind of work you’d be doing in the role. It’s designed to give you the opportunity to show us how you think, problem-solve, and approach real-world challenges.
We’re not expecting perfection — the task is as much about your approach and reasoning as it is about the final output.

- Stage 4
Technical Team Interview
This stage is a chance to walk through your task with members of the team and discuss your technical expertise more broadly. You’ll dive into relevant topics together, explore how you work through problems, and share your thought process.
It’s also a great opportunity for you to get a feel for the people you’d be working alongside and the way we collaborate at CMap.
- Stage 5
Final Interview
The final stage is a conversation with CMap’s leadership team. This isn’t about technical detail — it’s about making sure we’re the right match for each other.
You’ll hear more about our vision, culture, and direction as a company, and we’ll revisit any outstanding questions on both sides before making a final decision.
