Talent Acquisition Call

If your application is initially successful, you'll be invited to an initial call with our internal Talent team.

This stage is all about introductions.  This is our first chance to get to know a little more about you, your background, your current situation, and what it is you're looking for in your next role.

Similarly, this will be your first chance to ask some of those initial questions and to build an understanding of whether CMap, and this opportunity, could be the right fit for you.
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

This stage takes the conversation a little deeper. You’ll meet with the Hiring Manager to talk through your relevant skills and experience in more detail, as well as how they might apply to the role.

It’s also a chance for you to learn more about the team you’d be joining, the day-to-day of the role, and what success looks like at CMap.
Stage 4

Portfolio Walkthrough

This stage is your opportunity to showcase your work and design thinking in action. You’ll walk us through a project (or piece of work) from your portfolio that best represents your skills, approach, and impact as a designer.

We’re keen to understand how you approach real-world design problems- from research and ideation, through to execution and outcomes. You’ll meet with the Hiring Manager and members of the Product team, who’ll ask questions to get a sense of your process, collaboration style, and how you measure success.

It’s also a great chance for you to learn more about our design culture, the types of challenges you’d be solving at CMap, and how we work together to create meaningful experiences for our users.
Stage 5

Offer Stage

At this stage, you’ll have a conversation with the Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition to discuss the offer and next steps. Following this, you’ll receive a formal offer letter with all of the details in writing, including compensation, benefits, and any other relevant information. 

This is your opportunity to review everything and ask any final questions before joining the team.
